5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation policies vary based on the signed service agreement for your event. As a general rule:

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Where Love Blossoms reserves the right to cancel services at any time due to safety concerns, force majeure, or client misconduct. If we initiate cancellation, you may receive a partial refund according to the written contract.

6. Event Design, Décor & Rentals

By booking with us, you acknowledge:

Designs, florals, décor, and rentals are artistic and may vary slightly from inspiration photos

We cannot guarantee exact color matches due to lighting, supply variations, or product availability

Substitutions (flowers, materials, décor) may be made at our discretion if required, while maintaining the overall design theme

Clients are responsible for:

Ensuring the venue allows the décor requested

Providing accurate event details

Returning/allowing pickup of rental items in good condition

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate information

Follow all deadlines for payments, design approvals, and schedules

Ensure venue accessibility for setup and breakdown

Treat staff with respect and provide a safe working environment

If client behavior creates an unsafe, hostile, or unprofessional environment, services may be paused or terminated without refund.

8. Liability

Where Love Blossoms is not responsible for:

Delays or issues caused by weather, venue restrictions, vendors not affiliated with us, transportation delays, or force majeure

Damage caused by guests, venue staff, or third parties

Loss of personal property or emotional stress related to event changes

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Our services may involve partnerships with florists, venues, photographers, caterers, DJs, and more. We are not responsible for the performance or actions of vendors not directly contracted through Where Love Blossoms.

If a vendor fails to fulfill their responsibilities, this does not constitute grounds for a refund from Where Love Blossoms.
